Who is behind Sugar from Brazil?
We work with major Sugar suppliers in Brazil and their network of exporting shipping companies, insurers and experts in legal contracts, accounting, quality assurance companies and the Government of Brazil.
What is Required from the Buyers to engage in a Buy-sell Agreement?
We require and LOI directly from the end-buyer (no-broker companies). Once we complete our Due-diligence then we send a Full-corporate Offer. After review and approval the buyer has to send an Irrevocable Commercial Purchase Order (ICPO). After Due diligence is completed, we draft s Special Purchase Agreement (SPA). Also, once executed, the buyer has to send Proof of Funds (POF) via an MT-799 to our Corporate Bank.
Can I view the Product at the Supplier Warehouse?
Yes, but only after we receive the MT-799 Bank to Bank confirmation of standby Funds. The supplier will send a Letter of Invitation for the Buyers to view the product before it is registered in the name of contract principals, Export and quality assurance documents are prepared and sent for the loading Port.
